I am often described as a strong motivator who drives visible improvements in communication within organisations – both internally and externally. The reason is simple – team development and outstanding customer experience are what define my daily focus and professional mindset.

My active lifestyle and experience across multiple industries have given me a significant advantage – I am able to approach customer service, sales and complaint management from three perspectives: through the eyes of customers, employees and management alike.

I am frequently praised for my ability to adapt quickly to unfamiliar industries, organisations and teams. This comes from thinking strategically about each client’s business and paying close attention to details, processes and nuances. My work is characterised by tailored programmes built on real business understanding and specific organisational needs.

Until 2015, my career involved extensive travel and roles within five-star hotels, including The Leading Hotels of the World and Radisson Blu.

My career started at the front desk, followed by managing the reservations department and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. As my experience grew, I was entrusted with numerous projects, including renovations of varying scale and complexity. I was also responsible for IT solutions, event management, budgeting, revenue planning and executive reporting.

At the final stage of my hotelier’s career, I was hotel manager of a 5-star hotel. In this role, I was in charge of operations, strategic planning and overall performance.

There comes a stage in every professional journey when expertise turns into responsibility. A moment when one feels ready to give something valuable back for what has been received. That was the moment Centurion Hospitality was founded.

Since I founded the company, my aim has remained the same – to share valuable knowledge and experience. I strive to inspire and raise awareness of how exceptional service and communication create long-term business growth, lasting customer loyalty and strong employee well-being.
